Anti-Aging Talk

I’ve been doing research into the anti-aging remedies that are available. After reading the details of some methods….I’ll take my wrinkles, thank you.

Sanding my skin? Gag me. Or.. Having my skin vacuumed? Spare me. Or, the worse (in my opinion)…having injections of botox to puff up my face? (I don’t like needles, no way shape or form).

Cosmetic remedies are not usually medically necessary. They are more than likely vanity oriented. What’s wrong with growing old? It’s better than the alternative. Why have we become such an anti-aging culture?

Oh wait…who was that wrinkled lady looking back at me in the makeup mirror? Where’d those wrinkles come from? They snuck up on her. (P.S. Don’t ever use a magnified makeup mirror).

More research needed.

Find interesting? Kindly share…or, maybe not…

  2. The above writing was great. I find it very interesting and I will surely forward this to my friends online. Anyway, thanks for sharing this.

  3. I love getting free trials for things and I have a couple go to websites that I use to seek these things out. I stumbled upon a good one this time.

  4. Thanks for the great post. I am 50 and I believe in aging gracefully.I am not bothered about my wrinkles or my graying hair though I did use hair colour a few years ago, when I had a 9-5 job. But the sad part is that I have a teenage daughter who feels that when all her friends’ mothers are looking young with black colored hair and make up why shouldn’t I do the same thing? I am in a dilemma. So for a few special occasions, I color my hair, but then I feel so dishonest with myself. What do I do?
